Cloud Diagrams: Updated supported services, GCP onboarding flow, and costs tab and anomaly views. Added a FinOps signals column to the Cloud Diagrams dashboard.

CloudFlow: Added support for Subflows, Folders, and cost anomaly event triggers. Added instructions to Query external BigQuery datasets in an SQL node and Delete a branch node. Updated configuration options for variables. Updated waiter configurations in AWS nodes and Google Cloud nodes.
