Insights
Insights is a unified recommendation service that helps you optimize cloud infrastructure, enhance security and compliance, and adopt best practices from FinOps and the Well-Architected Framework. It consists of two parts:

DoiT-proprietary insights: Recommendations generated via Composer, a DoiT service that evaluates your cloud resources using automated policies (recipes).

Third-party insights: Recommendations curated from cloud providers' native tools and other platforms.
Identify the source of an insight
Each insight records the system that generated it. To check where an insight comes from, look at the Source field on its details page: DoiT-proprietary insights display DoiT as the source, and third-party insights display the originating tool, for example, AWS Trusted Advisor, AWS Security Hub, Azure Advisor, Google Cloud Recommender, or Wiz. To retrieve and filter insights by source programmatically, use the Insights API.
