AWS Forwarder Notification

Our AWS Forwarder Notification service curates AWS notifications in areas such as security, billing, and other operational changes that may impact your cloud environment. It sends notification emails to a limited group of users, following the conventions below:

• From: [email protected]

• To: Users with the pre-built Admin or IT Manager role on the DoiT platform

• Cc: Your DoiT Account Manager (AM) and Technical Account Manager (TAM)

To keep the information relevant and minimize email volume, we only send notifications if the AWS message header includes the keyword Action Required, Urgent, or Important.

We recommend setting up email rules to efficiently manage the notifications. For example:

• Create Gmail filter rules to filter your emails

• Set up rules in Outlook

• Use email filters in Proton

• Use filters to organize Yahoo Mail.
