View budget progress

To track and view the progress of a budget:

1. Navigate to the main Budgets screen.

2. Locate the budget of interest, select the three dots menu (⋮) at the rightmost end of the budget entry, and then select View budget. It will open a budget view page.

   

You'll find a budget chart, budget summary, and budget data in the current period on the budget view page. On the budget chart, you can move your mouse over a day to see the data on that specific day.

The budget data below helps you understand how your actual spend stands against your planned spend.

• Actual: The actual amount of spend to date.

• Budget amount: The amount defined when creating the budget.

• Budget amount to date: The aggregate amount of budget to date.

• Variance: The difference between the budget and the actual spend.

• Forecast: The forecasted amount of spend.
