Updated linked AWS accounts with the Restart onboarding button for reseller and distributor admins. Added a Source column identifying how each account was linked (SaaS or Billing Transfer), and added the option to offboard a linked AWS organization.
Updated MSP Workspace with optional controls and the Not pursuing status, artifact library with context notes, and team setup with support for a second AWS workspace.
Updated shared payers: the mapping table now includes the payer's own account alongside linked member accounts. Updated billing utilities to show end customers with shared-payer-linked member accounts in the Customer picker.
Updated add-ons contracts with opt-in date details for add-on products.
Updated billing transfer overview and EC mapping to clarify that billing recalculation requires an active end-customer contract.

When adding or editing a user in a distributor or reseller tenant, Admins can assign any custom role that has been made available to child tenants.

Added Shared payers documentation for resellers to link AWS payer accounts and map member accounts to end customers.
