Account dashboard
The Account dashboard is the default dashboard. It consists of two parts:

Quick links: Shortcuts to frequently performed actions, for example, creating a report, setting up a ramp plan, or opening a support request.

Widgets: By default, the Account dashboard hosts the following widgets:

Essential Contacts for your organization

Billing Profiles of your organization
-
Active cloud incidents relevant to your regions and services

Support Requests created over the last 36 months

You can add or remove reports and widgets on the Account dashboard. See Manage dashboards.
