Account dashboard

Warning

The Account dashboard will be deprecated soon. If you have manually added reports or widgets to it, consider moving them to another custom dashboard.

The Account dashboard is the default dashboard. It consists of two parts:

  • Quick links: Shortcuts to frequently performed actions, for example, creating a report, setting up a commitment, or opening a support request.

  • Widgets: By default, the Account dashboard hosts the following widgets:

    • Essential Contacts for your organization

    • Billing Profiles of your organization

    • Active cloud incidents relevant to your regions and services

    • Support Requests created over the last 36 months

You can add or remove reports and widgets on the Account dashboard. See Manage dashboards.
