Account dashboard

The Account dashboard is the default dashboard. It consists of two parts:

  • Quick links: Shortcuts to frequently performed actions, for example, creating a report, setting up a ramp plan, or opening a support request.

  • Widgets: By default, the Account dashboard hosts the following widgets:

    • Essential Contacts for your organization

    • Billing Profiles of your organization

    • Active cloud incidents relevant to your regions and services

    • Support Requests created over the last 36 months

You can add or remove reports and widgets on the Account dashboard. See Manage dashboards.
