You can create your own dashboards, share them in your organization, and leverage dashboards created by others.

By default, the Account dashboard hosts the following widgets:

  • Essential Contacts for your organization

  • Billing Profiles of your organization

  • Active cloud incidents relevant to your regions and services

  • Support Requests created over the last 36 months

Create a dashboard

  1. Select Dashboards from the top navigation bar, and then click the plus icon (+) in the My dashboards pane.

  2. Configure the new dashboard.

    Dashboard visibility:

    • Private: The dashboard is accessible only to you.
    • Public: The dashboard is accessible to everyone in your organization. For a public dashboard, you can further specify whether others are able to edit it.
  3. Select Create new dashboard.

If successful, the new dashboard will appear in the My dashboards pane.

You can add reports and preset widgets to dashboards in the My dashboards pane.

Manage dashboard

Select the three dots menu () in a dashboard for more options:

  • Edit dashboard settings: This option allows you to update all the settings specified when creating the dashboard.

  • Set as default: Set the dashboard as default. You can also set default dashboard on your profile. A later change always overwrites the existing configuration, regardless of where you make the change.

  • Delete dashboard: Remove the dashboard. You cannot delete the Account dashboard.

  • Customize dashboard: This option allows you to rearrange, remove, or resize widgets on the dashboard,
