Use connections
Once you have created your connections and assigned the connection permissions, you can use them in your flows. Connections are configured at node-level.
-
Add a node to your flow (or edit an existing one).
-
Select the Connection tab.

-
In Connection, select the connection that has the permissions required by the node. Connections created from existing permissions appear under Existing permissions. You must specify a connection for each node. Each node can use a different, or the same connection, depending on how you have configured your connections and the services your flow is accessing.
-
Select the Test tab and then choose Test. If successful, the response is displayed in Data out. If unsuccessful, then you need to go back and check the connection to ensure it has the correct permissions.
Permission warnings
CloudFlow validates that your connection has the permissions required by each node. However, some permissions, such as resource-level grants, can only be verified at runtime. When CloudFlow detects that a connection may be missing permissions but cannot confirm it, the node displays a warning.
A node that has permission warnings does not prevent you from publishing, running, or testing the flow. When permission warnings are present, an amber warning icon appears next to the Publish or Run button. Hover over the icon to see more details.
If a node is missing a connection entirely or has other configuration errors (such as missing required fields), those are blocking errors and must be resolved before you can publish or run the flow.
