Connect New Relic
New Relic is a full-stack observability platform for monitoring applications, infrastructure, and digital customer experiences. The New Relic integration imports your consumption data into DoiT Cloud Intelligence so you can analyze New Relic usage in Cloud Analytics.
Prerequisites
- A New Relic account with access to create User API keys.
- A DoiT account with the Billing Profiles Admin permission.

Connect your New Relic account

Sign in to DoiT Cloud Intelligence, navigate to Data ingestion and integrations → Assets.

Select New Relic from the left-hand menu, and then select Connect new account.

Enter your Account ID and User API Key.

Select Test connection to verify DoiT can access your New Relic data.

If the test is successful, select Save to complete the setup.
If the test fails or you need further assistance, please open an expert inquiry.
Upon initial connection, DoiT ingests your historical consumption data. The import process can take a few hours. You'll receive an email when the data is available in Cloud Analytics.
Data refresh
DoiT refreshes your New Relic data daily. Data typically becomes available within 48 hours of being generated by New Relic.
Reporting dimensions
Once connected, New Relic data maps to the following standard Cloud Analytics dimensions:

Delete your New Relic connection

Sign in to DoiT Cloud Intelligence, navigate to Data ingestion and integrations → Assets.

Select New Relic from the left-hand menu.

Select the three dots menu (⋮) at the rightmost end of the account you want to remove and select Delete.

Select Delete to confirm.
