As an AI model, Ava may give inaccurate answers, so make sure to:

  • give as much context as possible. While Ava can understand and generate responses based on the input provided, it may not fully grasp the context of a conversation like a human would. This is especially true for complex or ambiguous queries.

  • be aware that Ava doesn't have original thoughts or creativity. Ava can't come up with completely new ideas or concepts that haven't been part of its training data.

  • verify its responses.

    buttons on the answers to help us improve Ava's answers.

Remember, AI is a tool designed to assist and make tasks easier. It's not a replacement for human judgment, creativity, and expertise.

Ask questions to Ava

  1. Log in to the DoiT console and select

    from the top navigation bar.

  2. Type a question in the text field and press Enter, or choose one of the proposed questions.

  3. Once Ava answer is ready, you can copy the answer or ask a follow-up question.

Get insights into your costs

By having a conversation, Ava can help you gain quick insights on your cloud spend, and dig deeper if you need to.

To get insights into your costs:

  1. Log in to the DoiT console and select the

    icon from the top navigation bar.

  2. Ask Ava about your costs with a prompt such as:

    What's been my total multicloud cost in the last 3 months?
  3. Ava generates a report, for which you can change its display mode with the View as dropdown. You can also open the full report by selecting Open this Ava generated report in Cloud Analytics.

    Additionally, Ava also gives an explanation of the report with a summary of the most relevant findings.

    Once you've been redirected to Reports, you can run the report, edit the metrics used, and save it to use it in the future.

Get Ava's help in support requests

Before creating a support request, you can ask your question to Ava and get an instant response.

To get Ava's help in support requests:

  1. Log in to the DoiT console, select Services from the top navigation bar, and then select Consulting and support.

  2. Select Ask a question, and ask Ava to help you instantly.

Manage conversations with Ava

Ava stores your conversations, which you can revisit in the dropdown next to the Start new chat button.
