Get started

You can launch the step-by-step wizard in multiple ways:

• Navigate to the Home page, scroll down to the Connect your cloud section, and then choose Connect your Datadog account.

• Navigate to the Assets page. Choose Datadog in the left-hand menu and then select Connect your account.

• Navigate to the Datadog Lens dashboard and then select Connect your Datadog.

Required permission

To integrate Datadog with the DoiT console, you must provide DoiT with read access to your Datadog usage and cost.

To do this, you must sign in to the Datadog console with an account that has Administrator permissions to your top-level organization and follow the steps in the wizard.
