Enable request sharing

By default, DoiT users can only view their own requests. Request sharing provides additional visibility when multiple people are responsible for opening support requests.

Required permission
  • Billing Profile Admin

To enable request sharing:

  1. Sign in to the DoiT console, select Expert inquiry from the top navigation bar.

  2. In Requests, select the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the page, and then select Enable Request Sharing.

    If request sharing is already enabled, you'll see an option to Disable Request Sharing.

Once the request sharing is enabled, users in your organization will be able to view each other's requests.
