We offer a wide range of exclusive professional services provided by our team of industry-leading Cloud Reliability Engineers (CREs), including live workshops, cloud-native training and accelerators.
Accelerators are standardized engagements designed to help you adopt new cloud services. Each engagement produces deliverables including:
- Best practice guides
- Deployment templates and other reusable artifacts like CF/Terraform stacks
- Architecture diagram
- Pre-production architecture review
Workshops are standardized engagements designed to identify optimization opportunities in your current infrastructure. Each engagement produces deliverables including:
- Consulting and advisory support on cloud optimization
- Deep analysis of your current state architecture
- A Findings report with recommendations that prioritize actions to take
Cloud Native trainings are virtual events that offer applied learning opportunities on a set of cloud services. Each training includes:
- Structured content introducing Cloud Services
- Hands-on learning labs to get experience using new services
- A group learning environment to learn from peers using similar technologies
Create a request for professional services

Sign in to the DoiT console, select Expert inquiry from the top navigation bar.

Select Create a request in the upper-right corner of the page.

In Cloud Platform, select the DoiT console.

In the Product drop-down list, scroll down to Professional Services. Select Next.

In Issue severity, select General Guidance, and then select Next.

Provide details of your request.

Requester: Your email address.

Subject: A short description of the request.

Additional CCs: To copy in additional recipients on the current request. The DoiT console may automatically add your cloud vendor representative (e.g., account manager or customer engineer) to the list. Feel free to remove their email addresses if you do not wish to copy them in on your request.
TipTo copy in additional recipients on all new support requests, use the Default Emails List.

Description: More information about the request, such as the product area you want to learn about, any challenges with tracking and understanding your spend, your availability, and a list of participants to invite.
