Professional services

All DoiT customers have access to a range of exclusive professional services (also known as pro-serv) provided by our team of industry-leading Cloud Reliability Engineers (CREs).

View offers

From within the DoiT Console, select Services from the top navigation bar, then select Professional services:

The Professional services page shows you a list of all the currently available offers your team can request. Select the VIEW OFFER button to see more details.

Request professional services

After selecting the VIEW OFFER button, you'll see a page with more details of the professional service:

To request the professional service, select the REQUEST PROFESSIONAL SERVICE button in the top right-hand corner.

After selecting REQUEST PROFESSIONAL SERVICE, you'll see a status message and receive an email to confirm your request.

All training requests result in a support ticket, and we will contact you with more information. Please feel free to use the support ticket to ask any questions you may have.
