Share attributions

You can share an attribution for others to view or edit, or transfer the ownership of your attribution to others.

Add access

You can share an attribution only if you have the Owner or Editor access.

To share an attribution, you need to give access to the intended recipients:

  1. Navigate to the main Attributions screen.

  2. Locate the attribution of interest.

    You can share the attribution using either of the following options:

    • Select the three dots menu () at the rightmost end of the attribution entry, and then select Share attribution.

    • Select the attribution name to open the specific attribution page, and then select the Share attribution icon (three connected dots).

  3. Enter the email of the intended recipients, and give them Viewer or Editor access.

  4. Select Add to apply the changes.

Change permissions

After you've given others access to your attribution, you can change their permissions from the same configuration window, including:

  • Change the permission of your whole team to Viewer or Editor.

  • Change the permission of an individual user to Viewer or Editor, or select Remove to remove the access.

  • Transfer your ownership of the attribution to another user by selecting Make owner.

Select the Save button to apply the changes.

Note

An attribution can have only one owner and the owner must be an individual user.

Once the ownership is transferred, the previous owner will become an Editor of the attribution.
