Edit billing profiles

Edit a billing profile
To edit a billing profile:
Log in to the DoiT Console, select Dashboards from the top navigation bar, and then select Account.
On the Billing Profiles widget, select the edit icon next to the billing profile of interest.
You can update the following information when editing a billing profile.
Update company name and tax ID
To update the company name and tax ID:
Select General from the left-hand menu.
Update the information as needed.
Save your changes.
Update billing address
The billing address is used for billing and invoicing purposes.
To update the billing address:
Select Billing Address from the left-hand menu:
Update the information as needed.
Save your changes.
Update invoices contact
The invoices contact (Accounts Payable) information is used for billing and invoicing purposes.
To update the invoices contact information:
Select Invoices Contact from the left-hand menu.
Update the information as needed.
Save your changes.
Update payment method
The payment methods available depend on your currency and country. In many countries, you can set up a credit card, debit card, or bank account as a primary payment method.
To update the payment method:
Select Payment Methods from the left-hand menu:
According to the payment method you choose, additional information or configurations may be required.
For example, to switch to paying by credit card, select Credit Card and enter your card details.
By setting up a primary credit or debit card, we will process your payments automatically.
You can also set up a backup credit or debit card. However, DoiT doesn't automatically charge you from your backup cards. In case your primary payment method fails, you will have to manually pay your invoices.
