Enable inquiry sharing
By default, DoiT users can only view their own inquiries. Inquiry sharing provides additional visibility when multiple people are responsible for opening expert inquiries.

To enable inquiry sharing:

Sign in to the DoiT console, select Get advice from the top navigation bar, and then select View all expert inquiries. You'll see a complete list of all your inquiries.

In Expert inquiries, select the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the page, and then select Enable Inquiry Sharing.

If inquiry sharing is already enabled, you'll see an option to Disable Inquiry Sharing.
Once inquiry sharing is enabled, users in your organization will be able to view each other's inquiries.
