View insight details​

To learn more about a specific insight, select the corresponding Insight card on the main Insights page to open the insight detail page:

  • You'll find information on how the savings are estimated and other factors that may affect the actual savings.

  • You can also take actions on the insight detail page.

Make sure to review all the provided information and assess its impacts on your infrastructure and business properly.

Take actions​

Depending on your DoiT subscription plan and the nature of the insight, you can perform the following actions directly from the insight detail page:

  • Create thread: To create one or more Jira issues in your organization to manage the work on actionable recommendations.

  • Contact an expert: To create a support request with prefilled information to get expert advice from DoiT Cloud Reliability Engineers.

  • Open report: To open a Cloud Analytics report with relevant configurations to better understand the recommendations. Note that not all insights have this option.
