1. Apigee Data Processing and Security Terms

2. Apigee - Service Level Agreements

This section overrides and replaces Section - Service Level Agreements in the Previous Agreement for the Apigee Products.
3. Apigee Service Specific Terms

This section overrides and replaces Section - Google Service Specific Terms in the Previous Agreement.
4. Invoicing and Payment of Additional Fees
DoiT will invoice Customer for additional Fees in accordance with the Previous Agreement and the Quote. The total invoiced amount will be calculated based on the Price for the actual number of excess API calls. The invoice will be issued at the end of each period in which the additional Fees are accrued. Such amounts are due in accordance with the Agreement. API calls included in an add-on call pack that are not used in the applicable period may not be carried over to future periods. Customer may review its API call usage amounts through reporting tools.
5. No Auto-Renewal.
The Quote will not auto-renew.
6. Customer Restrictions.
Customer will not allow any Customer other than the Customer identified in the Quote to benefit directly or indirectly from the Services provided under the Quote. Customer will not use the Subaccount(s) to track Services usage by any Customers other than the listed Customer. Customerwill not transfer, assign, or re-allocate the Subaccount(s) from the listed Customer to any other Customer.
7. Termination
If this Quote is terminated prior to the expiration of the Term, any and all unpaid additions fees will become immediately due and payable.
8. General
The Quote and the Apigee Products shall not be eligible to any discounts applicable in the Previous Agreement. The Previous Agreement will remain in full force and effect unchanged except as modified by the Quote In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Previous Agreement and the terms of the Quote, the terms of the Quote shall prevail.
