1. Microsoft Standard Terms

3. Non-Agency Notice
DoiT and Microsoft are independent contractors and DoiT is not Microsoft's agent or in a joint venture with Microsoft.
4. Privacy Policy

5. Microsoft Azure Services Fees
Charges for Microsoft Azure Services consumed by the Customer will be invoiced by DoiT. Customer will receive the monthly invoices from DoiT based on resources used throughout the month and according to Microsoft's price list published in the following URL: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing
6. Microsoft Support
Under the Quote, the Customer may open a support ticket (subject to applicable additional fees) with DoiT. Such support, which shall be submitted via https://support.doit.com/, and will be executed as per the DoiT Cloud Intelligence Tier - and associated applicable target response time (as referenced in the Order Form).
The Customer is responsible to open the relevant support ticket with DoiT, Upon DoiT's assessment, an escalation might be lead by DoiT to Microsoft. As such, Customer's tickets subject to such an escalation, shall be submitted based on DoiT Advanced Support for Partners as specified here: https://partner.microsoft.com/en-ie/support/partnersupport
7. DoiT Cloud Intelligence Terms
Unless Customer has signed an offline or another version of the DoiT Cloud Intelligence terms, the DoiT Cloud Intelligence Terms located at https://help.doit.com/docs/doit-terms shall be incorporated via reference.
