Add ons
Add-ons are DoiT products that distributors or resellers can sell to end customers.
Add-on contracts are created by DoiT. Distributors or resellers sell DoiT products under these contracts and are billed by DoiT for enrolled customers.
When an add-on contract is active, enrolled end customers receive the DCI tier specified in the contract. When the contract expires, is canceled, or an end customer is removed from the contract, their tier automatically reverts.
Required permissions
- Your DoiT account must have the Contracts Viewer or the Contracts Read Only permission.
Access add-on contracts
To access add-on contracts, select Billing > Add ons from the top navigation mega menu.

Contract visibility is limited to your organization. If you are a reseller, contracts owned by your distributor are excluded.
