DPMAs

The DPMAs page lists all Distributor Program Management Accounts (DPMAs) that you have onboarded. Use this page to monitor account health, track reseller relationships, and check mapping progress across your DPMAs.

Required permission

  • Distributor: Your DoiT account must have the Admin role.

View DPMAs

To open the DPMAs page, sign in to the DoiT console and select Billing transfer > DPMAs from the top navigation mega menu.

Billing transfer: DPMAs page

The two summary cards display aggregate metrics for your onboarded accounts:

  • DPMAs onboarded: The total number of DPMAs registered in the system.

  • Direct Resellers: The combined count of reseller tenants mapped across all your DPMAs.

The DPMAs table displays the following information for each DPMA:

  • Account ID: The AWS account ID of the DPMA, with the region shown below it. Each DPMA receives billing transfer data from a region's worth of resellers and end customers.

  • Handshake Status: The current health of the DPMA. See DPMA statuses.

  • Relationships: The number of Reseller Program Management Accounts (RPMAs) associated with the DPMA.

  • Mapping progress: A progress bar showing how many resellers have accepted the mapping out of the total.

  • Last refresh: When the account data was last refreshed.

DPMA statuses

Each DPMA displays one of five health statuses, evaluated in order of priority:

  • Role validation failed: The IAM role associated with the DPMA has a configuration issue such as missing permissions, extra permissions, or the role cannot be assumed. Fix the IAM role configuration in your AWS account.

  • CUR export missing: At least one mapped reseller is waiting for a Cost and Usage Report (CUR) export. Verify that CUR delivery is configured correctly.

  • Active: All mapped resellers are active and data is flowing correctly.

  • Handshake pending: The DPMA is waiting for one or more resellers to accept the mapping handshake.

  • : No reseller data is associated with this DPMA yet.

The status reflects the highest-priority issue. For example, a DPMA with an IAM role problem always shows Role validation failed, even if all resellers are active.

Refresh account data

DoiT checks the handshake statuses every hour. You can also select the Refresh button to manually re-pull the relationship list, for example after accepting a new handshake on the AWS side (subject to a 1-minute rate limit per DPMA).
