Preset attributions

The DoiT Platform provides the following preset attributions to help you get started.

Amazon Web Services

  • All AWS Resources: Resources allocated to AWS infrastructure & services. You can use this attribution to get a global view that incorporates all AWS resources costs in your bill.

    • Conditions: Cloud is AWS Web Services
  • AWS RIs, SPs: AWS Reservations and Savings Plans upfront fees.

    • Conditions: Cloud is AWS Web Services AND Cost Type is Fee OR RIFee OR SavingsPlanUpfrontFee
  • AWS Support: AWS Support upfront fees.

    • Conditions: Cloud is AWS Web Services AND Service matches regular expression (?!)AWS Support
  • EKS Allocated Resources: Resources in Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) clusters that are either requested by Kubernetes workloads or requested for system overhead. See also EKS Clusters Utilization.

    • Conditions: EKS pod_owner_name is not UNREQUESTED_COSTS AND Cloud is Amazon Web Services
  • EKS Unallocated Resources: Resources in Amazon EKS clusters that are neither requested by Kubernetes workloads nor requested for system overhead. See also EKS Clusters Utilization.

    • Conditions: EKS pod_owner_name is UNREQUESTED_COSTS AND Cloud is Amazon Web Services

Google Cloud

  • All GCP Resources: Resources allocated to Google Cloud infrastructure & services. You can use this attribution to get a global view that incorporates all GCP resources costs in your bill.

    • Conditions: Cloud is Google Cloud
  • GCP CUD Commitments: Purchased Google Cloud Committed Use Discounts (CUDs) across all machine types and regions.

    • Conditions: Cloud is Google Cloud AND Service is Compute Engine (GCE) AND CUD Eligible is utilized commitment OR unutilized commitment
  • GCP Eligible for CUD: Google Cloud resources eligible for committed use discounts.

    • Conditions: Cloud is Google Cloud AND Service is Compute Engine (GCE) AND CUD Eligible is true
  • GCP Network Egress: Outbound traffic from a network zone or a region.

    • Conditions: Service is Compute Engine (GCE) AND SKU matches regular expression (?i)Inter Zone Egress|Inter Region Egress|Internet Egress AND Cloud is Google Cloud
  • GKE Allocated Resources: Resources in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) cluster that are either requested by Kubernetes workloads or requested for system overhead. See also GKE Clusters Utilization.

  • GKE Unallocated Resources: Resources in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) cluster that are neither requested by Kubernetes workloads nor requested for system overhead. See also GKE Clusters Utilization.

  • All Azure Resources: Resources allocated to Azure infrastructure & services. You can use this attribution to get a global view that incorporates all Azure resources costs in your bill.

    • Conditions: Cloud is Microsoft Azure
